Where is the Sabores do Campo restaurant?
Sabores do Campo is at R. da Loja Nova N 4, 2985-270 Pegões, in the Palmela municipality of the Setúbal district, about 40 minutes from Lisbon.
What are the opening hours?
Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 to 15:00 and 19:00 to 23:00. Sunday, 12:00 to 15:00. Closed on Monday.
How do I book a table?
You can book online through TheFork on the Reservations page, or by phone at +351 910 300 593. We recommend booking ahead at weekends.
What kind of food do you serve?
Signature Portuguese cuisine, specialising in dry-aged meats grilled over open fire. The menu changes through the year with seasonal produce.
What is dry-aged meat?
It is beef aged in a chamber with controlled temperature and humidity for several weeks. The process concentrates the flavour and makes the meat more tender.
Do you host private events and group dinners?
